R3V Sports offers a variety of services to help our clients in every aspect of their career, on and off the field.
R3V is building strategic and innovative plans and have a division for all three levels of sports. Our three divisions for sports will focus on our Youth Sports, NIL (Highschool/College), and Pro Athlete Division. This is to ensure we are continuing to build a pipeline of talent at each level of sports and earning athletes trust from the beginning to the end of their careers.

negotiations
R3V has Contract specialists ot draft and review contractual agreements between a company and our clients before signing. Our Duties will include evaluating bids, preparing contracts, and negotiating terms.

We maximize our clients potential by supplying athletic essentials before and leading up to draft day. RV3 clients train with top elite trainers across the country. Our network of athletic trainers train top performing athletes such as Stefon Diggs, Chase Young, Vontae Davis, and many more.
