Our Mission
Our mission is to increase black representation of athletes within all competitive sports. In the NFL 60% of athletes are minorities, while less then 10% have minority representation. R3V has created a strategic and innovative approach, to change the misperception of minorities being successful in sports outside of just being the athlete.

Our vision is to become one of the top sports and entertainment agencies around the world, while providing our clients with the ability succeed not just in their athletic career but their personal endeavors. We would like to provide our clients with the tools to position themselves to build wealth well beyond their playing careers. We will complete this vision by providing clients with innovative marketing ideas, strategic economic forecasting, financial planning, and providing a true family atmosphere with our clients.
Jeffery Revel
Founder & CEO
Jeffrey Has been pursuing a career as a sports agent since the age of 13 years old. Jeffrey has received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting and his MBA from Delaware State University. Jeffrey has been in the finance and sports realm for the past 6 years as an accountant and a part of the senior leadership at a division I program, while he currently sits for the 2023 NBA Agent exam. Jeffrey plans to represent athletes in all sports in the coming years with a mission to continue educating and increasing black representation in sports.
Rakeem Vick
Co-founder & President of NIL Operations
Rakeem is a first-generation graduate from North Carolina Central University, after suffering a career ending injury Rakeem took a pivot and worked in recruiting sales and marketing over the past 10 years. He now uses those same skills to assist our athletes in marketing their Name image and likeness.
Paul "PJ" Miller
President of Business Services
Paul is a highly motivated and top-performing digital professional with 9+ years of experience in Ad Tech/Merchandising. A former student-athlete and graduate at New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has successfully launched numerous companies and helped consult businesses within the fashion, sports, and entertainment industries on merchandising. He sits as the President of Business Services, where he helps R3V athletes build their brand, scale their merchandise, and attain business opportunities through strategic marketing campaigns.
